Inspired by shibori, the resist-dyeing tradition that often uses natural indigo, he leaves undyed areas through resists so that the viewer can look beneath the dyed surface. The deep blue of natural indigo pigment holds countless shades, shifting with the light and the direction of the grain. The finish is a premium two-component oil with a deep sheen that is extremely durable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA card with the coordinates of the place where the tree grew is included; scan its QR code to see the location on Google Maps.
